Sept. 18 – A two vehicle crash was reported on Stanley Street. 

Sept. 18 – BP on Church Street reported a retail theft of $110.36 worth of gasoline. 

Sept. 18 – A man was trespassed from Dollar Tree on Division Street after he harassed employees. 

Sept. 18 – A man crashed his e-bike and dislocated his shoulder on Water Street.

Sept. 19 – A 23-year-old man was trying to enter Graffitis Bar and Grill without an ID. The man became upset when the bouncer would not let him in. 

Sept. 19 – A residence on River View Avenue reported stolen tools. 

Sept. 19 – The mayor called in parking complaints about seven vehicles on Crosby Avenue. 

Sept. 19 – A nurse from a mental health unit turned over drug paraphernalia found from a patient. 

Sept. 19 – A man reported he left his Plover Street residence and when he returned his girlfriend was there, despite having bond conditions that do not allow her to be at the residence. The woman had destroyed multiple televisions in the residence, broke a glass window, bookshelves, dressers, and a piano keyboard. She allegedly slapped the man in the face and had been carrying around a large knife. 

Sept. 20 – An intoxicated man was found lying outside on the ground of his Stanley Street residence. 

Sept. 20 – A 52-year-old man was arrested for OWI first offense on West Clark Street.

Sept. 20 – A woman reported receiving threats by an unknown man she had given her phone number to the night before. 

Sept. 20 – A masked man was running through yards in Plover while allegedly carrying a gun. Officers ultimately located the man and his gun, and then turned over the investigation to the Plover Police Department.

Sept. 20 – A juvenile attempted to buy nicotine pouches with a fake ID.

Sept. 20 – A customer at Qdoba began calling staff names.

Sept. 21 – A 37-year-old woman was trespassed from Aspirus Hospital after having multiple outbursts in the lobby.

Sept. 21 – Residents of a Sims Avenue address requested a welfare check on their neighbor after he attempted to gain access to their home while he was intoxicated. 

Sept. 21 – A report was made about males running in the parking lot of Days Inn and Suites and urinating on the building.

Sept. 22 – A man reported receiving a suspicious text that accused him of “casing” a house. Officers spoke with the owner of the phone that sent the message, and learned that the owner of the phone was trying to play a prank on his brother-in-law and got the phone number wrong. 

Sept. 22 – Officers checked on the vacant building, formerly KFC, on Division Street. Upon arrival, they discovered an open door to the business. It appeared as though someone had been living inside the vacant building. A 61-year-old man was later arrested on a probation violation when he was found inside the building. 

Sept. 22 – Two employees at Culvers on Division Street reported another employee had smelled like alcohol. When they confronted him about the smell, the man began yelling and took a step towards another employee. He was ultimately fired and trespassed from the restaurant.
