It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of our beloved dad Raymond B Culver, a remarkable and cherished father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother, who departed this life on March 12, 2025 at 75 years young.

He was a gentle and loving man, whose heart was filled with love and care for his four daughters and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Raymond is preceded in death by his wife, Merry Culver (Cole) of 55 years, along with his parents and grandparents.

His legacy of compassion and kindness will forever stay within the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. A man of extraordinary strength and courage, he devoted himself to his family. He was always ready to extend a helping hand to those in need near and far.

As a gifted construction worker and also a foreman throughout his career, Raymond had a unique talent for turning visions into reality. He skillfully crafted buildings in Chicago including America's Particle Physics & Accelerator Laboratory from start to finish "Fermilab" in Batavia, IL, and many in Wisconsin into businesses and land into homes by transforming raw materials into beautiful structures with his exceptional knowledge and craftsmanship.

His remarkable ability to visualize a piece of land from its beginnings and applying his mathematical skills and hands-on expertise all the way through to a beautiful piece of property was truly unmatched.

He had a special talent for repairing anything that required attention, often identifying the solution with just a glance, showcasing his resourcefulness and knowledge.

He also had a deep affection for animals, particularly his beloved cat Bud, which mirrored his gentle spirit and nurturing nature. Despite facing numerous challenges throughout his life, Raymond approached each day with resilience and a sense of pride in his accomplishments.

His absence is felt deeply by his family, who carry his memory within their hearts. Raymonds legacy of love, compassion, and strength has inspired all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Rest in peace, dad. You are cherished beyond words, we miss you tremendously every day and you will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
