Jeanne M. Peskie, age 67, of Waupaca, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, with her loving family by her side.
Jeanne was born on January 18, 1959, to Valerion “Larry” and Joan (Passarella) Bluma. On September 25, 1982, she married the love of her life, Lorrie Peskie, at the Red Mill in Waupaca.
Jeanne dedicated many years of her career to the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, WI, where she served as the custodial supervisor. After retiring, she continued doing what she loved by running the Pro Shop at Par-4, where she enjoyed meeting and visiting with people.
Jeanne lived life to the fullest and found joy in what she lovingly called the “4-G’s”: grandchildren, golf, gambling, and goodwill. She especially cherished time spent with her grandchildren and treasured the many memories made with family and friends.
Jeanne is survived by her loving husband, Lorrie Peskie; sons, Shawn (Carson) Peskie and Nicholas Peskie; grandchildren, Kendall and Quinn; father, Larry Bluma; brother, David (Brad Morrison) Bluma; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Jeanne leaves behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and memories that will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 28, 2026 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Waupaca. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until time of service at Church. Private burial will take place at a later date at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Jeanne Peskie’s name.
